Return and Exchange Policy

It can always happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product is not to your liking or for another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

Cancellation and Return

• Cooling-off period: You have 14 days after receiving your order to cancel.
• Return period: After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.
• Refund: You will receive the full order amount including shipping costs. The costs for returning the product from your home to our webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €4,25 per package. Please check your carrier's website for the exact rates.
• Condition of the product: Ensure that the product is returned with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary, we may charge a depreciation fee. Therefore, handle the product with care and make sure it is well packaged for return.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us via t.sordam@unclearofficials.nl. We will refund the due order amount within 14 days after notifying your return, provided the product has been received in good condition.

Exchanging a product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem. Please contact us via t.sordam@unclearofficials.nl. The costs for returning the product are at your own expense.

Provided the wrong delivery address?
Did you accidentally provide the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to modify the order for you.
